Oh, you've aged terribly!

I very much adore and am inspired by this giant ball of talent. Oh how I love him so.

Fine and Dandy.

Self portraits ahoy!
I found it quite a difficult task, shooting a self portrait. But assignments are assignments, so it had to be done. I sort of always thought self portraits should always be quite serious and moody and should display a lot of emotions. After completely racking my brains in which photograph I believed showed my personality and such, I came to the conclusion I'm not exactly a serious character, I am indeed moody as hell, but still, wouldn't say I am all too serious. More of a giant spaz with a ridiculous amount of rubber ducks. So I just went ahead and had a bit of fun with it. I do like the angle in which I chose to take the picture, but I don't like how yellow the walls look... my bathroom is not a sess pool. I swear.
I did however shoot a couple of others that I am rather pleased with and am prepared to show you of the cyber world. I don't much like explaining what these other images mean to me and why I shot them the way I did, so I'm going to leave that up to you and your own darling little heads.

Please Sir, calm down!

My favourite shots from Groovin' the Moo in Bendigo from the 1st of this month.
About a month or so ago i bought a 'Nippon AR-4392FH' from the market for ten bucks. "IT'S ALL HERE! ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING YOU NEED! TAKE PROFESSIONAL QUALITY, CLEAN COLOUR PRINTS OR SLIDES. MAKE FUZZY OR OUT-OF-FOCUS PICTURES A THING OF THE PAST," says the box. Bronwyn Alexander, bargain queen? Sadly not. It's quite possibly the biggest load of plastic shit ever made. Apparently it was made purely to sell to dumb tourists for thousands of dollars, thinking they're buying a real SLR. Those poor cheated souls. But i guess from a distance it looks pretty fancy. But you can't be too upset with a FREE carry case AND neck/shoulder strap. oh good lordy. My first shot kind of shits all over the "double exposure protection" claim made on the box.
But nevertheless, i decided it was the perfect festival camera. Stupidly easy to use, light weight and also it feels a tad flimsy.. i think nothing could ever break this fine piece of technology, it came with a pretty sweet flash too.
Shenanigans were captured on 400 at 200 rate ISO black & white film.
They're all a bit shit and not of great quality, but oh well, it's just a bit of fun with the nip.
